This is not a complete list of the insurance plans we may carry.  Please call us to determine coverage information for your plan. Insurance company co-pays vary.  Please check with your insurance provider to determine your co-pay. 

*VSP and Spectera members may obtain vision services from us and and receive reimbursement directly from their insurance companies.  Your out-of-pocket cost will be similar to your in-network co-pay.
